Adolf Loos designed only a partial reconstruction of a living room and a dining room with a resting area in the flat of the entrepreneur Leo Brummel. The financial amount of the contract was considerably smaller than in case of other  Loos´ realizations. The built-in furniture was made of cheaper spruce wood and was painted by a high gloss automotive varnish of dark red colour in combination with black slatting. A part of the equipment has been preserved until today. The interior currently belongs to a private owner who actually uses it for living and, therefore, it is not accessible to the public.
