Adolf Loos only designed a partial reconstruction of the living and dining rooms, along with the relaxation area, in the apartment of local entrepreneur Leo Brummel. The contractual finances for this renovation were considerably smaller than with Loos’ other works. The built-in furniture was made of cheaper spruce wood and it was painted with a high gloss automotive varnish of dark red combined with black slatting. Part of the furniture survived to today. The interior currently belongs to a private owner who actually lives in this space and, therefore, it is not accessible to the public.
